1. Introduction

Review Manager ("we," "our," or "us") provides an automated review management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you connect your Google Business Profile to our service.

2. Information We Collect

Google User Data: When you authenticate via Google OAuth, we collect your email address and profile identity to create your account.

Google Business Profile Data: To provide our core service, we access your Review Data (reviewer name, star rating, and review text) and Location Data (business name and address).

Payment Data: Transactions are processed via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Google Data (Limited Use Disclosure)

Critical for Google Verification: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use your data strictly to generate AI-driven review responses and monitor your reputation.

We do not use your Google data to serve advertisements.

We do not allow humans to read your private Google data unless necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations (and only then, after the data has been aggregated and anonymized).

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to third parties. Data is shared only with:

• OpenAI/LLM Providers: Review text is sent to AI models to generate responses. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with the AI beyond the content of the public review itself.
• Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting providers (AWS/Google Cloud) located in the United States.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active.

User Control: You may disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time via your account settings.

Right to Erasure: Upon account deletion, all synced review data and credentials are purged from our active databases within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.
